USER_EVALUATION_CONTEXTS

USER_EVALUATION_CONTEXTS describes the rule evaluation contexts owned by the current user. Its columns (except for EVALUATION_CONTEXT_OWNER) are the same as those in ALL_EVALUATION_CONTEXTS.
