The screenshot shows the Search and Select Patches page. There are two buttons in the top right corner of the page: Cancel and Select.
On the left side of the page, under the title are two options: Search My Oracle Support (selected) and Search Software Library. Below these options is the Search section.
In the Search section there are 7 fields:
Patch Number: a text entry field, which is currently blank
Product Family: a drop-down list, which is currently displaying Oracle Database
Product: a drop-down list, which is currently displaying Oracle Database
Release: a drop-down list, which is currently showing 11.2.0.1.0
Patch Type: a drop-down list, which is currently showing All Patches
Platform: a drop-down list, which is currently showing Any
Language: a drop-down list, which is currently showing Any
In the bottom left corner of the Search section is a button labeled Go. Below this button is a table of patches that meet the search criteria. In this screenshot there is only one row in the table. The row contains the following values:

Software Update Name, currently showing p7439847_11.2.0.1.0_2000_9480
Patch Number, currently showing 7439847
Created On, which is blank
Type, which shows Patch
Product, which displays Oracle Database
Platform, which displays Generic Platform
