The screenshot shows the top portion of the Select Patches page, the first step of 5 steps in the Patching wizard. In the top right corner of the page are two buttons, Cancel and Next, with the text "Step 1 of 5" in between.

The target information is followed by the Staging Location text entry field, which shows the default value of "%oracle_home%/EMStagedPatches". Below this field is the text "This is the directory on the host where the updates will be staged."
Below the Staging Location field is the Patches section. At the beginning of this section is the text "The Procedure is configured to stage and apply the Software Updates. To apply a Patch Set Update ensure that OPatch in the Oracle Home is latest. Else, upgrade it by downloading latest OPatch from My Oracle Support under patch number 6880880." Below this text is a table of patches to select from. On the top of the table, on the left side, is a button labeled Add Patches.
